Your odometer is no longer working or you want to mount a different type. There are multiple types, a mechanical counter, and an electronic counter. The electronic works with a magnet in the rim, so the system measures how often the wheel goes around (along with the diameter of your wheel) and that it converts to a speed that appears on your display. So this version has a sensor. Then we also have the mechanical counter, which is on most scooters, mopeds and motorcycles. That works with a counter cable, which contains an angular cable that is in your front wheel axle, in connection with your cockpit. It also counts revolutions, but now just the revolutions of the cable, instead of the wheel.
