Explanation about the GTS 300
The Vespa GTS 300 ie is the sportier version of the Vespa GTS 250 ie. The liquid-cooled four-stroke engine has been upgraded to 278 cc and delivers 22 hp (16 kW). The GTS 300 also has a torque of 22.4 NM, which is slightly higher than the GTS 250. In practice, the difference between the two engines is not very large, the 300 picks up a bit more smoothly at a lower speed. The Vespa GTS 300 was initially only available in black and white. The GTS was mainly introduced by VESPA as a powerful counterpart to the HONDA SH 300i. Optically the differences are not very big with the VESPA GTS 250; cosmetic details such as a 'smoke' headlight, analog cockpit, fitted air vents and a red front fork spring. Besides the fact that the VESPA GTS 300 steers like a razor, a Vespa is also a stable investment.
