Complaints procedure

It is of course regrettable if you have a complaint about the service you have experienced.
Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to the customer contact department by e-mail (customerservice@zandri.uk).

Our customer service representatives will review the complaint and attempt to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.
We will answer your complaint within 24 hours of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you.

If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which Zandri is affiliated. If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the option of submitting your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC). This only applies to complaints relating to an order that has been delivered in the Netherlands.
