Zandri strives to supply solid products of good quality. Should a product nevertheless become defective through no fault of your own, the product may be eligible for warranty. You can read how this works and whether a defective product qualifies for warranty on this page.
Warranty request
A warranty request can easily be submitted by email.
Step 1
Send an email to customerservice@zandri.uk with the following information:
-Your name and order number
-A clear description of the problem
-Photos or videos of the defect (if possible)
Step 2
You will receive a response from our warranty department within 24 hours on working days (office hours).
We will inform you whether the product qualifies for warranty and what the next steps are.
Step 3
If necessary, we will ask you to return the product for further inspection. You will receive additional instructions.
Step 4
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product.
In most cases, this takes about one week, depending on the product type.
Refunds are not possible
Please note
Warranty only applies to defects caused by manufacturing faults. It does not apply to:
-Wear and tear parts
-Damage caused by improper use
-Damage caused by incorrect installation
