Zandri offers a minimum 2 year warranty on manufacturing defects on all products.
Submit a warranty claim
1. A warranty claim can only be submitted online. It works very easily.

2. Fill in the requested information and you will receive a response from the warranty department within 4 hours on working days (office hours). They will let you know if the product is eligible for warranty. In the event that further assessment is required, you will have the option of creating a return label with which the product can be returned. Even if it is immediately clear that it is warranty, it may be necessary to return the product. In this case, we would like to claim it from the manufacturer.
3. Stick the return label on the box, complete the form and put it in the box.
Then you bring the box to a service point of the parcel service you have selected.
Once the return reaches us, it will be processed within 2 business days.
4. If our warranty department does determine that the product has become defective due to a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced with a new (equivalent) product. In most cases, this takes around a week, depending on the type of product. Refund is not possible, you will get a new or repaired product.
The warranty applies if a product becomes defective as a result of a manufacturing defect and does not apply to "products subject to wear", "products which have become defective due to misuse" and "products damaged by incorrect assembly".
