How does it work to pick up an order at our location in Groesbeek?
step 1. You place and pay for your order online on the website.
step 2. Your order is picked in the warehouse, this takes +/- 3 hours.
step 3. We will send you an email as soon as the order is ready for pick-up.
Pay attention!
☝️This only applies to products where the website states "Is in stock, ordered before 23:00 on working days, delivered tomorrow!"
☝️You can only pick up your order after you receive an e-mail with our confirmation that the package is ready
☝️You cannot pay / order at the pick-up counter, the payment must always be made online, while ordering.
*If you have ordered a product(s) with a delivery time of 1-3 working days, it can take a maximum of 3 working days before your order is ready. You can only pick up the order once you have received an email in which we confirm that the order is ready.
*If you order products that state "ordered before 23:00 on working days, delivered tomorrow!" and one or more products with a delivery time of 1-3 working days, the order cannot be picked up the same day. Keep in mind that the order will be ready within 3 working days.

Zandri is a 100% webshop, so our skilled sales and service employees work via telephone, e-mail, whatsapp and chat. We cannot answer questions about products at the pick-up counter. Thanks for understanding.
Return:
It is also not possible to exchange products at the counter. You can, however, hand in a return package. A completed return form must be present in the package. The employee who accepts the package will ensure that the package ends up at the returns department. They will then process it within 2 working days
