How does a disc brake lock work

This disc brake lock is multifunctional, so you can mount this lock around your entire disc brake, but you can also use it as a chain lock, so you want to lock your scooter/motor just as quickly, attach the lock to your disc brake.
If you lock the scooter/motor for a long time, you can chain the scooter/motor and use this lock. The Abus disc brake lock is of very high quality and therefore also ideal for scooters with a high risk of theft.

Mounting the Abus disc brake lock

Mounting the Abus disc brake lock is very easy, attach it to the brake disc, lock it and you're done.
Just try to do this as close to the brake caliper as possible, if you forget your disc brake lock, the scooter cannot move off the center stand.
Should you still forget the removal of the lock, there is a high risk of damage to your brake caliper or brake disc.
That's why we advise you to always use a warning cord.
