The best-selling battery for 4-stroke scooters at the moment! This Nitro YTX7ABS/NTX7A-BS battery has its own customized acid pack that was added by Zandri just before the battery was shipped to you. As a result, you always receive a “fresh” battery. So Zandri is already filling the batteries for you
.Why is Zandri already filling the batteries with acid itself?
Due to new European legislation, from 01-02-2011, no longer allowed to ship battery acid that is not in the battery itself. We should therefore not send the acid package that comes separately with this type of battery. That's why Zandri adds the acid even before we ship the battery. We only do this when the battery has been sold, to deliver the most “fresh” battery possible. To optimize battery life, we recommend fully charging the battery with a battery charger before use.
Important information to ensure a long battery life.
A scooter or motorcycle battery must not be discharged too deeply. It is important to recharge the battery regularly if you do not or rarely use the motorcycle or scooter for a long time. Too deep discharge can occur quickly, especially at low temperatures. Use the scooter regularly or connect the battery to a trickle charger. This prevents rapid battery aging. If the battery is discharged too deeply, it can lose a lot of capacity or even fail completely within a short time
