When does a cylinder need to be replaced?
A cylinder is an essential part of your Tomos moped. A cylinder is in need of replacement if there is a scratch or bumper in the wall, causing the Peugeot 2-stroke cylinder to lose compression. Compression is the compression of the fuel/air mixture in the cylinder. With little or no compression, the engine of your Tomos will no longer start or drive badly. A scratch or bumper is a noticeable unevenness in the cylinder wall. As a result, if only the piston is replaced, this new piston can also be damaged immediately to your Tomos moped! If a Tomos is poorly adjusted or has too little oil, the wear of your original 50 cc cylinder is a lot greater.Mounting a.c 50 cc Tomos 2-stroke cylinder
