Power1 roller set Dr Pulley

This high quality roller set is made of self-lubricating polymer. A high load able plastic, which guarantees high wear resistance and long service life. The Power1 rollers have an open and closed side and, as indicated in the drawing, must be mounted with the closed side against the direction of rotation.

Mounting Power1 Dr Pulley variator rollers

If the variator rollers have flat edges, they need replacement (see mounting video) After removing the kickstart cover, you should remove the cooling fin. This is fixed with the crankshaft nut and can be removed by means of an air wrench or variator locking wrench. The weight of the variator rollers is different per scooter. If you do not change the adjustment of the engine, we recommend that you maintain the current weight. Select the weight below
