If a variator has flat edges, they need replacement (see mounting video) After removing the kickstart cover, you should remove the cooling fin. This is fixed with the crankshaft nut and can be removed by means of an air wrench or variator locking wrench. The weight of the variator rollers is different per scooter. If you do not change the adjustment of the engine, we recommend that you maintain the current weight. Select the weight below
