The Progrip brand
Progrip is a brand with more than 40 years of experience as a manufacturer of motocross and enduro goggles and grips. This experience has led to Progrip now also making ski and snowboard goggles. Progrip started making its products in 1960 in Cassano Magnago, in this old factory in Via Roma n. 13.However, the owners of Plastiche Cassano, Mr. Francesco Assaghi founded the original company in 1925, which was located in Cassano Magnago, via Mazzel, 42.
Quality of Progrip
The quality control of the produced products takes place twice: the first control is carried out during the production phase. Here, each operator is given the necessary time and obligation to check each part produced. For every 100 pieces, a Progrip operator has the obligation to check the aesthetic and dimensional functions with specialized tools. The second quality control takes place before packaging the products, when an operator makes a further check on the size and finish of 3 pieces for each individual box, a total control variable of 100 to 200 pieces depending on the model.
