Polini
Polini is a brand that produces small motorcycles, but also parts for your scooter. It is an Italian brand and it was founded by Battista Polini. The plan then was to produce bicycles, after which his sons would turn them into light motorcycles. Ultimately, these mainly became minibikes, light dirt bikes and smaller sized supermotards. Here at Zandri we also sell products from the Polini brand. You can find these here, on our Polini webshop page. Polini parts are slightly more expensive than other brands, but their quality is much higher. These are therefore parts of very high quality.

Nozzles
A washer set is also an important part of your scooter. If your nozzle set needs to be replaced, you can purchase a new nozzle set here in our Polini webshop. A jet is a fuel passage that you can find in the carburetor of your scooter. The engine's mixture is determined by how big the bore is and what shape the bore is. The nozzle is a copper screw with a small hole in it. The carburetor ensures the atomization of the gasoline, which mixes the gasoline with the air before it reaches the cylinders of the scooter. A carburetor usually contains an idle jet, a main jet, a throttle needle, an air screw and a fuel screw. With this set you can easily repair the jets of your scooter yourself. You will need a screwdriver for this, with which you can unscrew the jet from the carburetor. You can then replace the nozzles without any problem with the nozzles in this set.
Variator kit
A variator is the alternative to the gearbox that you find in a manual moped. The variator ensures that your scooter has the optimal speed and therefore your scooter performs optimally. When you install a new variator, it is strongly recommended to purchase a set of rollers. These rollers are essential for optimally adjusting your scooter. But you can of course also choose to purchase a variator kit from Polini. Make sure you order the correct kit. The kit must be suitable for the type of scooter whose variator you want to replace.

Cylinder
The cylinder is the heart of your scooter. This compresses the mixture of gasoline and air, causing the mixture to explode. This releases a lot of force, which pushes the piston downwards during combustion. The rest of the engine block is powered by this process. If you need to replace yours, you can also purchase a new Polini cylinder from us.

The clutch of your scooter ensures that the motor can be disconnected from the rear wheel. This connection is automatic, which means that the connection does not have to be activated manually. You simply activate the clutch by accelerating. The coupling can also wear out. How quickly it wears out depends on how many kilometers you have already driven and your driving style. Your clutch needs to be replaced if your scooter moves slowly when you release the clutch pedal. You can also sometimes notice this when driving. The speed will increase, but your scooter will not really accelerate.
