What does a piston pen do?

The piston pin is the connection between the small-end of your crankshaft and your piston. This is held by two piston pin retaining springs. These must be included, if you don't mount it or wrong, you have massive damage to your cylinder wall. (And often crankshaft too.) So never forget these and take an extra look at them! About this piston pen: - Suitable for China GY6 motors with 50cc. - Sizes: 13mm x 30mm. - Piston pin retaining springs not included! Tip! When mounting the piston pin retaining springs, put a cloth in your engine block, tightly around the crankshaft. This way, the piston pen springs can never fall into your block.
