Mileage counter cable scooter/moped
An odometer cable is subject to wear and tear. Because the counter cable is always powered by the counter drive, it literally makes a lot of meters. Because the odometer cable is mounted in the front wheel and runs through and along a number of hood sections to the cockpit via a suspension fork, it is logical that due to all these movements, the counter cable breaks relatively often.
