The roller tracks have been calculated specifically for each model. The sliding surface of the belt is optimized to achieve a better grip. Thanks to the very good gliding properties of the rollers (among other things, the sliding lacquer-coated ascending pulley), this variomatic - completely engine friendly - brings considerably improved values even on standard engines.

Enclosed are 3 weight sets for ideal adjustment to the respective application (original engine, slightly tuned, or already with 70ccm cylinder). The weights can also be mixed for intermediate values, for this purpose always use alternately the weights in the vario (e.g. 5g + 6g + 5g etc.).
All values of the installed weights added together, divided by the number of weights used, result in the (virtual) individual weight (3x 5.0 grams + 3x 6.0 grams = 33 grams / 6 = 5.5 grams).
