Tuning kit BGM with ECU/CDI ignition box Euro 5 Vespa Primavera 50, Sprint 50, Piaggio Liberty 50, Zip 50

In the new Piaggio Euro5 engine generation, a technical intervention is no longer so easy.
Without adaptation of the engine management system is no longer implement the throttling on Piaggio Liberty, Zip 50cc or Vespa Primavera and Sprint 50cc with Euro5 injection engine.

The BGM throttle kit provides a remedy and has an adapted ECU / CDI ignition box, which does NOT have to be taught with an engine tester on the vehicle.
Simply plugging it in is sufficient! The ECU is recognized by the Piaggio readout device during a workshop visit and is not output as a fault.
To prevent over-revving of the engine, the speed of the BGM ECU is locked at 10,000rpm.

Two anti-tamper screws are installed on the variometer cover, these are replaced by the two Piaggio OEM screws supplied. Variator rollers and clutch springs suitable for the new engine power are supplied in the kit.
A plug, which is needed on the intake line, is included.

BGM offers here a complete and easy to install kit for throttling new Piaggio / Vespa Euro5 engines with fuel injection.
No tuning or engine tester necessary!
