The silent rubbers in the engine crossmember/swingarm are essential for the driving safety as well as the driving comfort.
The average Wideframe Vespa is at least 60 years old and usually has just as old silent rubbers in the engine swing arm.
These are then either hardened (= vibrations in the chassis) or softened / crumbly (driving behavior is spongy).
