Description
The ProPorting variometer nut is characterized by its collar that goes about 4mm into the variomatic, so it is ensured that the entire thread of the crankshaft is used.
The variometer nut was developed for the Polini Speedcontrol and Malossi Multivar.
The wrench size is 22mm. Outside diameter of the collar is approx.10mm.
When using the ProPorting Variomutter the locking plate is omitted.
We recommend the use of medium strength threadlocker e.g. from Loctite item number: 3600015.
The tightening torque of the Vario nut is 20 Nm.
Please do not tighten with an impact wrench!
