To disassemble your variator/clutch housing in your scooter, use a locking key.

The varioblock wrench is always easy to apply. Once the kickstart cover has been disassembled, you will see the front vario sit. By applying the locking wrench, the central nut can be loosened! As soon as this nut is loose, the clutch housing can be disassembled! The variator lock key is a simple but great alternative to disassemble a clutch housing when no compressor is present!
