You often install this first and then you can mount the front mudguard against it. Decorative strips are also present in our range, these are also specific to a certain brand and/or type. These are there for the looks!
Always ensures that original supports are fitted when replacing a front mudguard. If you do not do this, there is a good chance that you are misfitting the mudguard and then maybe the tire could start running against your wheel. With rubbers, this is also true.
