The air filter of a scooter/mopmer/engine is the breathing center of the internal combustion engine. An engine needs gasoline and air, for the air the engine needs an air filter to “breathe” You wouldn't run as well if you didn't have lungs. If an internal combustion engine does not have an air filter, it often runs badly. Therefore, always make sure that your air filter is clean and/or replaced once in a while. A power filter can often be seen with scooters/mopeds/motors that have been motorically upped/tuned. This is because the engine often does not have enough to use the standard air filter. The danger of a power filter is pollution, which causes the engine to suck in sand and dust! Replace your power filter in time!
