Disassemble the variator with a lock key

A varioblock wrench is easy to apply. Once the kickstart lid has been disassembled, you will see the variator sitting. By mounting the locking wrench, the vario is blocked and the crankshaft nut can be loosened! As soon as this nut is loose, the variator can be disassembled. A variator lock wrench is a simple, safe and indispensable tool to block and then disassemble the variator if no compressor /air tool is present. Fits any Kymco 2-stroke scooter except Kymco G-Dink and Kymco Grand Dink
