Dismantling the variator with a locking key

A varioblocking key is easy to install. Once the kickstart lid has been dismantled, you will see the variator. By installing the lock key, the vario is blocked and the crankshaft nut can be loosened! Once this nut is loose, the variator can be dismantled. A variator lock key is a simple, safe and indispensable tool for blocking and then dismantling the variator when no compressor/air tools are present. Suitable for scooters with a Minarelli horizontal engine block. For example, almost several Yamaha 50cc 2-stroke scooters, MBK 50cc 2-stroke scooters and various models from Aprilia, Malaguti and Beta. A few examples: Aerox/Nitro, Neos/Ovetto, Beta Ark, Malaguti F12 and F15, Aprilia SR WWW and Stealth, Rally. If in doubt, please contact customer service via chat or contact form.
