Description
The air filter of a scooter/moped/engine is the breathing center of the combustion engine. An engine needs gasoline and air, the engine needs an air filter for the air to “breathe”. You wouldn't run so well if you didn't have lungs!
When an internal combustion engine does not have an air filter, it often runs poorly. Therefore, always make sure that your air filter is clean and/or replaced once in a while. That is just about 1500 kilometers once, then every time after 2500 kilometers.
Replacing the air filter or air filter element on time is vitally important to the life of the engine! If it is replaced too late or not, sand and dirt can be sucked into the engine! This could mean an end of exercise for the engine block!
