Which spray can or paint pen is suitable for my scooter?
The lacquer and paint we sell are suitable for both plastic and metal (e.g., with a Vespa).
Do you want the original color paint or spray can for my scooter?
There is often a sticker in the buddy box that shows the color code. With a Vespa, you can remove the contact box, and the color code is indicated below. We only have original color spray cans and touch-up pens for Vespa, Kymco, and AGM. If your color is not listed on the website, we cannot deliver it.
Paint pen or spray can?
If it's a very small surface, we recommend a touch-up pen, but keep in mind that it will never look as good as the original. If you're going to spray the scooter, the result can be better.
Make sure you treat the scooter properly: degreasing, sanding, and applying primer.
How many aerosol cans do I need?
For a matte finish scooter with a glossy or metallic color, you will need approximately 4 cans of color aerosol spray paint.
The primer requires around 3 cans of aerosol spray paint. If there are any uneven areas on the scooter, you should use a filler (1 aerosol can).
If you opt for a metallic paint that contains metallic particles causing sparkles, it is advisable to apply a clear coat afterward (2 cans).
